What Does Neck Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

I have severe neck pain on the right side. Recently I have had ice pick like pains that last a fraction of a second and locking of my middle finger on my right hand and stabbing pain in my right leg which feels weak and like it might give way when walking. Curious that all complanits are on the right side. I am in good physical shape otherwise and do daily yoga as well as walking everywhere.

Hello,

The neck pain is probably related to myalgia. I would recommend you to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.

I would also recommend you to use anti-inflammatory gels for local application such as Voltaren gel.

Warm compresses can also be very helpful in treating the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
