What Does Negative IgM In Torch Test Done After An Abortion Suggest?
hi! i was pregnent &my doc digonised missed obortion &advised for d&c after 5th weak of my preg,now after big interval of 3ree months, my doc suggested me for torch igm test,it comes negative is<=0.09,& my tsh is2.00.can any one help what is mean by igm negative ,its normal or matter of worry????? my height-5.3,wei-64kg.

IgM means it detects if there is any recent infection with a particular microbe, in your case it was tested for TORCH infection which is one of the cause for recurrent abortion .
So a negative IgM means you are not infection with TORCH organisms recently . It means normal and nothing to worry . Also your TSH is also normal . SO there is nothing to be of concerned .
