Hi Negative albumin is a normal condition, and presence of pus cells indicate urinary tract infection commonly. If there are sympts like frequent urination, painful urination or lower abdominal pain or fever it substantiates urinary tract infection which needs to be confirmed with urine culture and sensitivity to start with antibiotics. Except for few pus cells and epithelial cells your test result is within normal limits. Hope I have answered your query Regards
