What Does No Free Fluid In POD During Pregnancy Mean?

Sir, Pls suggest about my pregnancy. My report of OBST-SCAN TVS are as follows;
* Intra uterine gestation sac seen.
* Single fetal node seen
* Fetal cardiac cavity observed :FHR-155/mt Regular
* Normal yolk sac seen
* No chorio decidual haemorrahage observed
* CRL-9.3mm,corresponds to 7wks gestation
* Cervical canal dilated.
OVARIES: Both normal in size & appearance with CL in Lt -Ovary
No free fluid in POD.... Kindly say about my status of pregnancy.
