What Does Noises In Ear Suggest?

Yes please. For two weeks now I have had a clicking noise in my left ear. Nothing over the counter has helped. I tried Sudafed in thinking it was sinus related and ear drops thinking maybe even swimmers ear, even though I have not been swimming! Now the past two days I ve has the cold sweats...any ideas??

Hi.
Why no tto get an expert opinion of an ENT Surgeon for a clear examination and endoscopy and to get a proper diagnosis . This may be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction , and an exact cause like to cause this is more important to have a perfect treatment.
