What Does Non Bulky, Non Gran Uterus With Little PID Mean?

Hi, I am Maureen by name. I did pelvic scan and d result reads: non bulky uterus, myomentrial texture- homogenous, endo lining- think, ovaries appearance- normal, both adnexae- free, any fluid in POD - nil, internal OS, okay. Impression, non bulky non gran uterus wit litttle PID. Pls, help me interprete d result. I am most grateful

Your pelvic scan is suggestive of little pelvic inflammatory disease which is an infection of uterus,fallopian tube or ovaries.

Do not panic. It's curable. Chlamydia and gonorrhoea are the main causes of PID.
