welcome to Health care magic.
1.A hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is an infertility test that shows whether both fallopian tubes are open and whether the shape of the uterine cavity is normal.
2.Your findings appears normal with no filling defects and spillage on both sides normal - as report says.
3.So anatomically uterus and tubes are normal, the next step should be a follicular study and ovaries status.
4.Male partner investigations in case of infertility.
5.If every thing comes normal follow ovulation calendar for intercourse that will help.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
