What Does Non-itchy, Painless Bumps On The Perineum Indicate?

About 3 weeks I noticed a few flesh colored tiny bumps on my perineum. They are hard, painless and do not itch. I went to the doctor the next week and he wasn t much help, just told me to try Desitin for a week to see if they go away. They haven t. It has spread to about 1.5 square inches in diameter on the area. I already got the hpv shot a couple years ago, so what could this possibly be?
