What Does Non Specific Debris Within The Mastoid Mean?

FINDINGS:
Ventricular and cortical sulcal sizes are compatible with the
patient's age. No midline shift.
No extracerebral fluid collections.
No regions of recent hemorrhage, acute infarction, or restricted
diffusion.
The vertebrobasilar and carotid artery flow-voids are well
demonstrated at the skull base levels.
There are multiple zones of abnormal high T2 FLAIR signal in the
cerebral hemispheres bilaterally, particularly involving the frontal
subcortical and periventricular white matter regions. Several small
lesions are new or enlarging compared with the prior scan,
particularly at the right trigone and in the basal ganglia.
There is a small amount of nonspecific debris within the left mastoid
air cells, decreased compared with the prior study, . what does this mean?
