What Does Nose Bleed After And Accident In A Year Old Child Suggest?

My 1 year old, almost 2, was hit by a van 6 days ago, he had an ambulance to hospital but was let home 2 hours later as he was fine apart from the bumps to his head, he has been fine since, never been sick or lethargic, but he has woken up this morning and had a nose bleed in the night, he did sleep in bed with his 7 year old brother though. Yes fine in himself, happily playing. But should I get him seen by medics
