Prednisone belongs to the group of medications known as steroids or
corticosteroids is used in the treatment of various inflammatory conditions of the body such as arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, skin and
soft tissue disorders, eye disorders, blood disorders, allergies, asthma and many more. Prednisone may cause nosebleeds, hot flashes, weakness etc.
Other side effects of Prednisone are fatigue, tiredness, dry mouth, headache, sweating, dizziness, changes in sleep pattern, mood swings, changes in personality, acne, bulging eyes, changes in body weight, thinning skin, nausea, vomiting,
indigestion,
abdominal pain,
restlessness, easily bruising or bleeding, allergic reactions etc. If you suffer from such type of side effects during taking Prednisone, you should inform your doctor first.
Advil contains ibuprofen which belongs to the group of medications known as non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or NSAIDS is used to treat mild to moderate pain due to any causes. You can take this medication along with antiulcerants but it will be wise for you to discuss with your doctor before start taking this medication.
