What Does Numbness In Face & Sore Throat Suggest?

I m 19 years old and just today the right side of my face starting feeling numb along with that my neck also feels numb and my ear has a little pressure like when your deep under water. My throat on that same side feels a little sore. What do you think this could be?

could be a case of eustachian tube blockage/eustachiian catarrh.........
is there any pain.........or had an episode of cold
