What Does Numbness In The Face Along With Headaches Indicate?

I have a lot of strange symptoms. My face is numb, headaches ( have migranes, but are more frequent now), unable to sleep, heart burn (have never had it before) pain in my neck, right side just under my jaw, weight gain, extreme fatigue. I m 56 years old, good health, on no medications, Female.
