What Does Numbness In The Right Hand Along With Dizziness Indicate?

my son, 32yo, was shopping and his right hand went numb, usable, but numb. His right eye had central vision, but peripheral was lacking. He felt confused and his memory was affected. He felt dizzy. This lasted about 30 minutes. He went home and walked outside and gradually the signs subsided.

I suggest you to consult a neurologist as soon as possible and conduct a nerve conduction study to rule out peripheral neuropathy and also check for Sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
