What Does Numbness In The Toes Along With Severe Fatigue Indicate?

I am an 18 year old female and often experience numbness of my toes, and extreme fatigue and exhaustion. I sometimes eat abnormally, my ADD medicine makes me not hungry and sometimes I will only eat one time a day and other days I will over eat all day... could this have something to do with my symptoms? I tend to sleep normally but I feel like I have hardly slept everyday. My mom thinks I might have diabetes but that doesn t seem right.
