What Does Numbness On One Side Of Face With Twitching, Pins And Needles On Soles Mean?

i seem to be getting numbness in one side of my face with twitching,i also get darts up my nostrils and also when i get up in the morning i get pins and needles on the sole of my feet,im wondering two years ago i put my back out of place and im wondering is it nerve damage i could have with these symptoms
