What Does Numbness On The Right Side Of The Chest Indicate?

I have numbness or what feels like movement, not painful, on the right side of my chest, under the second rib below my sternum. It s not constant, but is happening frequently. I ve been experiencing this for a couple of days. Any ideas as to what this might indicate?
