What Does Overdose Of Klonopin And Guaphen Forte Result In?

My brother took roughly 20 klonopin and some unknown amount of guaphen forte (maybe 10 or so). They were taken around 7am. Roughly 16 hours ago. He may have had alcohol consumption as the room smells like either beer or liquor. What are his chances of either coma, respiratory arrest, or death and how long does it take for any of those to occur???? Please help me
