Hello

Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Dear,

Chronic pain in the right knee may be due to arthritis or bursitis (supra patellar bursitis) or tendinitis .
Dear is there any swelling??Is that pain aggravated by movement of the joint? Is there any redness of joint?? some times psoriasis may cause enthesopathy means inflammation of tendon at joint insertion site.

Please consult your orthopedician and get x-ray of joint and get treated accordingly.

Take care!

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
