What Does Pain And Swelling In The Left Elbow Indicate?

I fell on my bicycle, went over the handlebars. The pain started in my left elbow, and is now from my shoulder down to my fingers, with severe pain and heaviness. I have some swelling and my hand is starting to turn black and blue and feels colder than my right.

Immediately consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination of elbow and x ray of elbow joint.
Your all symptoms, swelling, worsening pain, blackening of hand and cold feeling etching are suggestive of internal damage (vascular or fracture).
