What Does Pain And Tingling Sensation On The Right Foot Indicate?

My right foot started really hurting me out of no where. I keep getting an electric like twinge on the inside of my right heal and the top of my foot ( right below the front of my ankle is killing! Any ideas? I wondered about plantar fascia or small bone fractures?
