What Does Pain Around A TDAP Injection Site Indicate?

I received TDAP injection in left deltoid on 11/30/17. At the time of injection no pain. That night I could not lay on my left side due to pain. Continued pain at injection site and into left ribs, feels like I was punched in the ribs/left breast area, so painful. What, if anything can be done.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a side effect of the tetanus shot.
I suggest you to take painkillers like Ibuprofen three times a day.
If the pain continue you should go to the emergency room for further evaluation.
