What Does Pain Around The Kidney Area Indicate?

My aunt had a stoma in two years ago now she s having pain around kidney spreading to the front sickness after eating a siginoscopy wasn t successful she wasn t diagnosed but dr indicated malignancy around that area she can t keep food down can you tell me please would this be a sign that maybe her time is up on earth
