What Does Pain Around The Kidneys While Suffering From High BP Indicate?

I have high blood pressure and I have a back injury but today my back has been hurting in my kidneys area and right now I haven t had any high blood pressure medicine and my stomach is starting to hurt so that I can stomach ache is that bad what should I do

There might be some minor stones or cyst in the kidney. Elevated blood pressure can damage your kidney but never causes pain. You can go for an ultrasound to look for any lesions in the kidney and better to do a renal function test to assess the functional status of kidney. As of now you can take antispasmodics like Dicyclomine for symptomatic relief.
