What Does Pain Around The Right Collar Bone Indicate?

On my right side between my collar bone and breast I have dull pain the radiates straight through to my back. I can’t tell if it is just tight muscles or I’m out of alignment or something heart related. I had my husband rub the muscle by my right shoulder blade and it is sore and moves pain under my right arm and around to the front of my body up high on my right side above my breast. I have had the pain for 24hrs +
