What Does Pain Around The Tailbone Indicate?

Hi I am a pediatric nurse. I have pain when I sit around my tail bone. I have always had constipation and it hurts to have a bowel movement lately. I did a self rectal exam an felt a bulge in my rectum. I had been lifting really heavy rocks around my yard. Maybe I have hurt myself not sue. What could it be?

take mri of lumbosacral spine self examination is not requered take high fiber food and drink more water.there may be injury to coxyc.take analgesic like hifenac and apply anal gesic ointment.
