What Does Pain Around The Waist Indicate?

I have occasional pain in my lower right side just around waist. The recurring pain is always in the same specific area and it doesn t move. The pain can be severe and will wake me from a sound sleep. However, I have had the pain during the daytime as well. It doesn t matter if I am sitting or standing. When the pain occurs I rub/massage the area by pressing very hard with my thumb. The pain will usually go away after about 30 seconds of rubbing. I have gout and have been taking allopurinol (300MG) daily for about 10 years. I am wondering if I could possibly have uric acid or kidney stones.

This can be a appendicitis, ureter stone, kidney stone, gall bladder stone or a colonic muscle spasm. Please go for a abdominal USG as it is a chronic pain and severe.
Take tab. Myospas forte twice a day till then.
