Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is very likely you are experiencing tension headache which is headache due to the tension in the muscles that come from the neck and arrive in the lower part of the head (close to the hairline). In this case the pain may extend to the neck and upper back and sometimes it may also extend to the upper head and forehead in a band like kind of pain around your head.
To help with it you will need to take paracetamol and ibuprofen and soft massage and warm compresses might be helpful as well. Seeing a physiotherapist will help identify the muscles that are in spasm and causing the tension and the physiotherapist can also give you exercises that will help these tense muscles relax and have a relieve long term.

To conclude:
Please take paracetamol/ibuprofen to help with pain.
Use local warm compresses and soft massage.
See a physiotherapist and do regular exercises to help the muscles relax.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
