What Does Pain Below The Left Collar Bone Indicate?

Dull pain below left collar bone, sometimes right below left nipple, and sometimes just generally around that area, dull pain sometimes felt above right nipple and bottom of my left ribcage... Sharp pain only seems to appear very rarely on the left side It should be stated that i have been diagnosed with hiatal hernia and GERD.. I need to know if i could have a heart related issue or if these symptoms are indicitive to my previously mentioned issues... I would also like to state, i was at a comic club the other day and near the end i felt uncomfortable and the pain came, i tried to not make a scene i tend to over react, it felt uncomfortable in waves, about an hour later in a cab i was trying to tell him where i lived, and it felt like i didnt have enough breath to say a simple sentence, which made me panic and i got dizzy and very uncomfortable, i got home and relaxed and it went away... But the discomfort seems to happen around bed time, and if i panic it gets 10x worse... Could this be anxiety? Because im terrified of heart issues..

you can take aceclofenac and paracetamol tab twice a day for 5 days
you can take rabeprazole tab twice a day for 5 days

apply diclofenac spray on affected site
apply warm water bag on affected site

if not resolved then consult your orthopedic surgeon
do xray of affected part
do physiotherapy, it is also helpful.
