What Does Pain Below The Navel Indicate?

a few days ago, i felt an ache below by navel in my adomen; it became more noticeable after eating, and I had a small amount of bloating and gurgling in my stomach; it happens a bit after every meal, and is eliminated with passing gas within an hour. Years ago I had same problem, had sonograms, etc. Was put on probiotics and it went away within a few days. The day this happened I was babysitting for my 2 year old 35 pound granddaughter - picking her up often, thinking I sprained my muscles or intestines.
