What Does Pain Between The Elbow And Upper Arm Indicate?

I have a dull pain between my elbow and my upper arm in my right arm. it varies in intensity from very dull almost unnoticed to very dull almost nauseating pain from minute to minute. the pain radiates and cannot be pinpointed by touch. moving and stretching high and low or bending does not allieviate the pain. should i be concerned. my physician is booked until Friday and im not sure if i should go to hospital or not.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain in the forearm can be caused by nerve impingement or from overuse of the wrist.
I suggest you to use anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
Rest is also necessary to relief the pain.
