What Does Pain In Both Shoulders And Left Side Of Chest Mean?

Good Morning Dr. Pawan Kumar, I am Mr Pramod Pagare (Fire Officer)ur old patiant and ur operate CABG in Jan.2006 Now days I got pain in both shoulder and left chest while walking. left chest sensation feeling diffrent compare to right chest (IMA taken for cdbg from left chest). and scare on old teaches Did u advise me about what to do?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to your medical history and the present complaint I would advise to get done the EKG, ECO and, treadmill test, these would clear the clinical picture, chances of positive finding would be less likely, hope this information helps.
