What Does Pain In Chest, Back And Mouth In A Smoker Indicate?

i am from india
i have habit of tobacco and smoking.
i have pain in chest in both side and in back side also in mouth.
i go ent/chest specialiest/MS/MD....
one time do endoscopy of food pipe but no problems found ...
i got very pain since last some year..i can sleep at night ..fill tuffness in morning when i walkup..and when i drink cold water i clearly feal its effect in my paining part...
please help.

hi dear,
pain in chest indicate you might have increased production of acid due to smoking and it leads to acidity and feels like burning chest pain. and pain in mouth is secondary due to irritation following smoking.
though your endoscopy normal quit smoking and chewing tobacco this will help to remove your features.
consult any chest physician.
