Hello i've got a slight problem, since Tuesday morning after sports i've got pain in the left testicle on Tuesday it was very bad and hurting at each step now it is much better but it is still coming and giong and I also found out that when I bend forward and back up then it pains and the pain goes up to my left pelvic area, what is it that I have?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history of pain in the left scrotum after sports. This is intermittent and was severe at one time. It also is increased on bending forwards and backwards and is referred to the left pelvic area.
The most probable causes can be: -Varicocele- common on the left. -Torsion of testis- this is an emergency -Epididymo-orchitis meaning infection of the testis and epididymis.
I would suggest the following: Tests of blood, urine and stool. Urgent Ultrasonography and color doppler examination Rush to ER and be prepared if surgery is indicated.
