What Does Pain In Left Testicle Post Exercising Indicate?

hi im a male 46 years old that had a vasectomy around 15 years ago I was doing jumping jacks and felt a pain in my left testicale after 3 days it had gone away but moved into the right one the pain is in the back side seems to be in the tube area this time very painful and has been going on 6 days or so this has happen to me before a couple a years ago I saw my doctor and she said it was a infection I take no meds and I have no high blood pressure i have no bumps or lumps in that area also the tube it self seems a little larger i guess

It is possible that the pain has recurred, this would cause the pain that you are experiencing.

You should be reviewed by your doctor as soon as possible. If an infection is present then antibiotics would be necessary.

Other causes of pain would be testicular torsion, traumatic hematoma or rupture.
