What Does Pain In Right Shoulder, Tingling Hand After Right Hip Surgery Mean?

Hi , i had a fall Dec09 all on my right side was injured. I am recovering from right hip surgery due to fall, i have a torn menduis in my right knee that they want to wait to see if it will get better on it on but foe the past several months my right shoulder has been painful causing pain also down my arm and now coldness and tingling in right hand.. what do you think?
