What Does Pain In Right Side Of Head While Having Ruptured Brain Aneurism Mean?

Hi there, i was diagnosed with a ruptured brain aneurism 4 years ago. Just recently my right side of my head, i've been feeling some painful pains. I am wondering if this could be sign of another aneurism since i have the same symptoms from the first one?
