What Does Pain In Testicles & Kidney With Dizziness Suggest?

I started feeling unwell wednesday evening, headaches, sore throat, fever, going from hot to cold generally feeling crap. Got over that sort of now have a pain in my right testicle but only hurts when I stand, also pain in my kidneys and feeling dizzy. Wat is this? Please help... Im a 29 year old soldier so am in good shape. No operations and im not on any medication.

Hello,

Viral pharygitis and fever may affect testis also in few cases. So use paracetamol 650mg for five days. Drink plenty of liquids and water. Use tablet Doxy 100 mg for five days. Get it done ultrasound of scrotum. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
