Hello,
1. As you have consulted a
Urologist, family physician, and even gastroenterologist/ER for your symptoms so they must have given due consideration in taking up your case and excluding necessary causes of abdominal and
testicular pain but even then pain is still subsiding then following is my opinion in males]:
i. Take an opinion of a medical specialist/ Surgeon who might ask for an investigation like endoscopy, gastric analysis, colonoscopy,
ultrasonography of abdomen/scrotum
PS. the cause can vary from having
testicular torsion to sexually transmitted infection (STI). Ignoring the pain may cause irreversible damage to the testicles and scrotum since most of the times problems with the testicles cause abdominal or groin pain before the pain in the testicle actually develops.
2. The most common diagnoses of lower
abdominal pain relate to uterine, gonadal, renal, and bladder complications, [less common causes like primary dermatologic and musculoskeletal problems as well as referred pain and neuropathies related to underlying vertebral and spinal cord complications can also occur], so examination is mandatory for further workup and management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Munish Sood
