What Does Pain In The Back, Stomach And Shoulder Indicate?

My wife suffers from daily pain, in her back, stomach, shoulder, etc, and even leg joints. She has been told she is sick, however doctors fail to know what is the issue. She cannot eat properly, as any food ingestion gives her extreme discomfort, and her digestion does not work properly. Vitamins are not being absorbed. Aids has been ruled out, however they do say it is auto immune problem. Lupus? There are no skin issues, but iron is always low, and her white blood count is bad.

I have read your query & can understand your concern.

Food intolerance can result in difficulty in ingestion or digestion, it may cause cramps or bloating. She should take plenty of water, ORS & fiber rich food. Constipation leads to gastritis causing pain in the back or stomach. Omeprazole, Spasmol & Antacids can give relieve.However, back pain can be related to spine problems(lumber/cervical) like slip discs, herniated discs, sciatica, arthritis or cancer. She needs to visit ER & get investigated to screen out the factor causing hr discomfort.
