What Does Pain In The Buttocks And Lower Back Indicate?

ok , I had hirshburg when i was born do a ostmy from age 7, when it was permit, one side of the ostmy stoped working and a mass formed inside the body, note at the time of finding of mass I also fell and broke tailbone or sacrum, doctors have 2 different things, my surg. was done in 2015, and then in 2016 i had a fistal surg. Doctors say that the bone from the fall had not healed proper, why am i still having pain in buttocks are and lower back , sometimes i will have a opening with puss draining also, if i sit to long i will have a bad rash which last about 2 days, note, during the first surg. in 2015 they removed the mass, turned colostmy into a illostomy, hit uter,
