What Does Pain In The Calf After A Coronary Angiogram Indicate?

i had a angiogram surgery on the first of feb for two artery which were blocked last few days i had a kind of blue patch and kind of light pain in the calf muscle. this evening after driving about 20 miles came home and see a bigger lamp with a slight pain in the shin area what should have caused this symptom pls guide
