dear sir i take telma am morning and glsimet sr 500 after breakfast. bed time take ecosprin 75 daily few 20 days. telma am is one year. bp is controlled but my chest ,back, left arm, neck is discomfort and pin like pain in chest area few time to time change. my all report is ok i check up two lipid profile one month two echo 2d normal, stress echo test is normal, tmt is normal, uric acid is 7.9, but chest area is discomfort plese suggestion any medicine and test..

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Per your symptoms my opinion is that you might be suffering from gastritis which is common side effect of Ecosprin tablet. You better take tab Razo -L daily morning before breakfast on empty stomach along with your other medicines. If still your complaint continues after one week, go for one chest X-ray to rule out respiratory causes.
