What Does Pain In The Chest And Left Arm Indicate?

Hi I have vesol vegal sychpe type two B, this means every time I faint my hear stops I have a loop recorder to help with this and I have to drink water and take salt with my food as I also have low blood pressure. At 10:05pm I got a sharp pain in my heart and them went to the toilet as I came down the saris pain got worse.. This pain travelled down my left arm in to my neck and back and is still there. It hurts if I move or talk and I have four pillows under my head and a pillow under my left arm which seems to ease pain a bit.. The pain is more prominent in my heart than anywhere else and I have never had this before I m am bit frightened. Any suggestions thanks
