What Does Pain In The Chest And Neck Indicate?

I have felt pain all day in my upper chest . at first I thought it was heart burn, so I took an antiacid. that didn t help, a hour later I took my regular meds along with two aleve,, later I ate a tuna sandwitch. didn t have trouble eating. continued to be uncomfortable into the afternoon. pain seemed to radiate in center of back from neck to waist. lazied around most of afternoon.
