What Does Pain In The Chest On The Right Side Indicate?

dull pain ,right side of chest,just below rib cage, seems to run through to right side of spine. when hurting a cough causes a spike in pain, also pain in right shoulder but have arthritis there from old injury so not sure if related. oh really I thought this a free service... never mind, I ll use money for co-pay with real life Dr. thanks for nothing.

hi it might be due to severe gastritis or maybe due to some muscle spasm due to recurrent cough stop taking oil in spicy foods outside and junk foods have breakfast regularly at morning without skipping taking one he ECG would be on safer side to rule out any heart problems.
