What Does Pain In The Chest Upon Breathing Indicate?
I choked on a piece of pizza while driving and it took a really long time to get it up. My lungs feel very sore now tho I can take a very deep breath without pain, just if I Cough it hurts more and a big cough causes pain near where my spine meets my head and it kinda ripples out throughout my upper chest area, front and back, feels like lots of little needles and is pretty intense. I don’t have a wheeze and can take a deep breath and haven’t been coughing much, this happened yesterday morning, the choking. Am I at risk of aspirating?
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
