What Does Pain In The Ears Indicate?

hi I am experiencing pain in my ear canal.also in the jaw area below my ear.i went to a local clinic yesterday and they looked into my ear canaland said there was no ear infection, they gave me an antiobiotic which I took for three doses but the swell ing in my ear canal is still there and it hurts. YYYY@YYYY

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. The swelling in your ear is due to inflammation. Is better to combine antibiotics with a steroids in this case to reduce swelling and pain.
