What Does Pain In The Elbow Joints Indicate?

I have occasional pain in my right elbow joint that feels like a nerve pain that shoots up through the back of my arm and stops near the back right side of my head. I don t know what triggers it because it happens randomly any time of day. What could be causing this?

Hello,

An elbow joint pain may be due to arthritis or medical nerve compression or biceps tendonitis or bursitis et cetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
