Hello,

Probably you may be suffering from Metatarsalgia. In the foot, there are small toe nerves between the metatarsal bones. When the head of one metatarsal bone presses against another, the small nerve is caught between them and starts to become inflamed. This causes Metatarsalgia.

Heavyweight, wearing tight shoes, High impact exercises, and stress fracture may aggravate the problem. Treated with applying ice to the area several times a day, each time for 15 to 20 minutes with the ice wrapped to protect the skin. Ice packs are available to purchase online.

Using over-the-counter (OTC) anti-inflammatories, such as ibuprofen, will reduce inflammation and relieve the pain. Keeping pressure off the feet, and keeping the feet up when resting. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
